NO6, Jan. the 1l9th 1931. Pr. V. £. Ting, The Geological Survey of China, - Fengsheng - Hutung VW, Peliping, China, Dear Dr. Ting, Learning from your last letters that Dr. Wong is absent when travelling in the interior, I herewith adress to you the invoyce for the fourth return consignment which was dispatched from Gothenburg with M/S Shantung whieh left Gothenburg the 1l7th of last month. I have delayed the sending of these documents until now when waiting for the complete list of the contents of the said consignment. At the same occasion I send you also lists of the three previcus consignments. Such lists have been communiecated at the sending of each consignment but I add these new copies in order to show you at one occasion in the way of returning the material to Peking. Witn referense to consignment four I want to make some remarks. There are many mor8 potsheråds from the Yang Shao Site coming and those sent in next consignment are the best ones, which have been kept here to be photographed or otherwise reproduced. Of stone-implements only a small number was sent in con- signment four. The main bulk will be ineluded in consignment six.
