This ewer has been damaged in several places, and restored with gold lacquer. The colour of this ewer is extremely fine. SUNG . Dynasty, 960-1279. A pottery standing figure of a warrior in armour, partly covered with a pale cream- colour glaze, and with his accoutrements further decorated with gola and deep red. TANG Dynasty, 621-907 A.D. HETEN: 48 Cms Pr108:--260: 0.-0, Two standing figures of female mourners in formal vestments partly covered with a pale yellowish brown glaze. One of the figures has the mouth open, and that of the other is shut. These are very unusual models of austere sim- plicity and are in fine condition. TANG Dynasty, 621-907 A.D. Helekt: 55: CM. FriCe:-SA0: Oc Od. A bronze figure of an ox standing on a bronze base. A very unusual feature is the presence of a large cylindrical object to which the animal's tail appears to have been tied.
