I send this note to welcome you back. I trust you heve had & very happy send profiteble time in Sweden and that y9u have been able to work up all the data you took home frem good old Kensuh. I heve just recently got & copy of your preliminery report of the Kensguh work and reading it through, takes me back,in mind,to the heppy deys in Kansuh. After ell there is no place like that province. I am hoping to give & lecture to the Senior boys sand girls in the schools here on"Some recent Areheelogical Discoveries made in Kansuh by Dr, Anöerssen", I would fsin say & few nice things about Dr, Andersson, by wey of introduction,endå in orgér that I may not be guilty of any misstatements I would be so gled if you could find time to Jot me down one or two fects concerning your exploretion work in the ånterctic;the length of time you were aädrift on the floe, enå eny other little item which would be of speciel interest to scholars. Thank you so much. Just one other little request. I em writing an article on"How the wool comes down from the Kokonor" I am illustrating it wåth some of my own photos but would be — Very gled if you would give me permission tö use two or theee of yours; flocks on Tibetan plains,rafts on the Yellow Eiver. Of course I will meke acknowledgment of the source from which I got the photos, I trust you can give me this permission, — Any help you cen give me in the Wey of prepari orthe lecture,either informetien or illustreative matter,will be very much eppreciated, How long are you hoping to stay out this time? Do you intend te meke any Jjourneys far afield? The wife and I sre hovping te visit Peking sometime in December will there be any chance of seeing you then? I should be so gled ta get & note to someone in the Geological Survey (in the event of ygur not being in Peking) so that I could have another look at some of the Kansuh finås.
