  • Trefoil mouth; short neck with ridge; globular body with well-defined shoulder; raised, grooved sliced handle from rim to shoulder; raised, flat base. Buff clay; semilustrous, buff slip; lustrous, black paint, misfired to brown at places. Inside of rim and exterior of vessel painted black down to lower body; remaining part reserved.
