The hoop is wound spirally with one plain and one beaded wire, terminating in an animal head, possibly a combination of a lion and a griffin. Mouth open. Collar decorated with a leaf pattern in filigree. Horns are made separately of spiral spool wire. Ears made separately.

Earlier inv.nr. CK 109. According to Barbara Deppert-Lippitz, the head is a combination of a lion and a griffin. It has also been suggested that it is the head of a goat.
