Description <itemDescription>
  • Pinched, in-turned rim, spouted at one end. Short, cylindrical neck. Piriform, spherical body, tapering upwards and downwards. Narrow, raised base, with a cavity underneath. The snake is hollow, wreathing itself one and a half turns round the vase, the tip of the tail reaches the base, the head leans against the spout. The snake has punctured eyes, and open mouth with a thin tongue showing.
