Dear Mr Hobson, Considering the fundamental role played by our Crown Prince in establishing end maintaining the Kuseum of Far Eastern Antiguities it has been decided to dedicate the lith volume of the Museum”s Bulletin to him, ÅA geat number of Swedish friends and admirers of the Crown Prince nave joined us in signing an addrese to be inserted at the beginning of the said volume. The wording of the address runae »s follows: To His Royal Highnesse Crown Prince Gustaf Adolf of Sweden we wish to present our respectful and sincere thanks in grate- ful recognition of the insviring example he has set us all by his modest and careful scholarship and his earnest devotion to the study of the ancient art of the Far East. We are now addressing ourselves to a small number of foreign friends to the Crown Prince and ask you as one of them to sign with us this address.
