This second part of the book is now being translated to be published by Kegan Paul in London. In some additional pages I summarize the eventa of the last four montha ending with an appeal for support from the democratie great powers. I think that my little volume which will be sold at the price of approximately 10/6 d will be a plea for the case of China and that 1t should be placed in the hands of statemen and politicians in U.3.A. and in Great Britain.
