Cylinder seal with slightly convex ends and vertical bore. Careful wheel cutting (possibly unfinished) representing a ceremonial scene with a double-winged genie, the lower wing slightly longer than the upper one. The genie is bearded and has wavy hair. He is wearing a pointed diadem, placed just at the hairline, a long belted robe with fringed border, open to reveal a forward put leg. He has one hand raised, palm upwards, while holding a bag/bucket in the other hand. in front of him is a rayed sun or star, a moon-crescent and a stand/altar with the Stylus of Nabu and the Spade of Marduk and a winged disk with very short side wings above. There is a noticeable space between the figure and symbols, possibly for an inscription or indicating that the design has not been completed. Semi-translucent, greyish white stone.

Surface well preserved. Metal (copper?) rod wedged in bore. Much chipping around the bore. Some discolouration (greenish flecks at bore openings while through the interior a range of colours can be noticed from the surface of the seal. From a darkish colour, whitish and red in the center, the colours are stronger towards the lower half of the seal).
