Object is in good condition with a darkened patina overall. A crack along the line of figure’s nose is visible but appears stable. The plant fibre decoration on the object is dry, fragile, and prone to loss. Object was mounted suspended from fishing line tied around neck. Mounting fishing line removed. Surface cleaned overall using non-contact puffer brush and light vacuum. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS: HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Please handle with care. Plant fibre decorative elements are embrittled, fragile, and prone to loss.
