  • The second step in the manufacturing is placing the fiber in a machine simply called the Dutch - since it was invented by a dutch engineer in the 17th century. This is a machine that is used for creating the mass that is then created into paper - 2 kilos of fiber is mixed with 70 liters of water to create the mass.
