Sko

Dokumentation 1996:
Delar och fragment av sko: en skobotten samt ett fragmentariskt ovanläder, tre bitar av ett filtliknande material, ett 15-tal fragment av bottenläder samt sex mindre fragment av trä.
Skobottnen har kvarsittande tråd och träpligg. Yttersulan är ritsad. Klacken består av fem klacklappar som är placerade mellan ytter- och innersulan. Innersulans läder är mycket kraftigt, ca 6 mm tjock. Ovanlädret är sprött och fragmentariskt samt har blå och rostfärgade utfällningar.

Various parts and fragments of a shoe, consisting of a sole with fragments of vamp (upper leather), three pieces of a felt-like material, some 15 fragments of sole or bottom leather and six smaller fragments of wood.
There are remains of thread and wooden pegs on the shoe sole. The outsole is channeled. The heel is made up of five heel lifts placed between the insole and outsole. The leather of the insole is very thick, ca 6 mm. The upper leather is fragile and fragmentary, and has blue and rust-coloured precipitations.

Dokumentation 2022:
Skobotten och delar av ovanläder till en öppen randsko. Tillverkade i getskinn av god kvalitet. Skapades på en rak läst och bars på höger fot. Klacken som är lagad med en läderlapp under sulan. Inga dekorationer. Det finns tecken på delaminering. Fragment från en stickad strumpa hittades inuti skon. Det finns lagningar med träpligg på sulan och hälen. Skobotten hör ihop med fyndnummer 23070.

This is the bottom unit and upper fragments of an open shoe, made of goatskin leather of good quality, of randed construction with a patch heel, made on a straight last and worn on the right foot, with no decorative features. The bottom unit pairs with 23070. There are signs of delamination and fragments of a knitted stocking were found inside the shoe. There are pegged repairs to sole and heel.
