Pale brown to reddish yellow clay with mica inclusions; semilustrous, buff slip; black to pale brown paint. Two bands on inside of rim and one on top; on outside vertical strokes between bands; diagonal strokes on outside of handles; sides of handles painted; at base of neck on both sides tongue pattern framed by bands; at outer part of shoulder a row of dots and a dotted rope pattern between bands; on lower body sickle pattern topped by a row of dots and short tongues above base; base painted; A: dotted rope pattern on neck, topped by a row of bars between bands; in shoulder panel a dog (facing right) chasing a large hare with upright ear; dot rosettes as filling ornaments; B: meander pattern on neck, topped by a row of bars between bands; in shoulder panel a spiral pattern – to the left a simple spiral and dotted lozenges, the spiral to the right changes half-way into a double spiral; triangles at top and at lower part of the right spiral; a dotted double rhomb in the lower field between the spirals and a simple one in the upper field; a dotted circle and a dot in the left part of the panel.
