Deep semi-globular body, out-curved rim, horizontal loop handle below rim, open side-spout below rim opposite handle, slightly convex base. Fine, gray clay; smooth, light gray slip; matt, dark brown paint. Tiny dots encircling outside of rim. Band of ladder pattern encircling upper body below rim, starting and ending above handle. Four groups of H-shaped ladder pattern bands with a row of hatched loozenges in the middle on body, of which one group is situated below handle. The frontal group has rows of vertical hatched loozenges in the two upper squares of the H-shape. Short, vertical rows of hatched lozenges in the interstices between groups. Lines encircling abutments of handle. Wavy line on underside of handle. Four groups of four parallel lines on upper side of handle. Four small dots in spaces between groups of lines. Two groups of four parallel lines across underside of spout. Four parallel lines along upper side of the spout, and two groups of four parallel lines across, on either side.
