Cleaning and conservation report. D-nr 16455013, 950108. Condition: dirty with dust, hard calcareous deposits from soil. Underneath there is even, rather smooth dark green patina layer. There are separate tiny powdery corrosion spots, mostly on inside surface. Inside the bowl there is a thin, uneven layer of bright, shiny, hard corrosion on top of darker patina. At the bowl's bottom the patina layer is very thin so the metallic surface can be seen through. Under the dirt layer on the outside surface of the bowl there is an engraved image of a camel. Conservation treatment: cleaned mechanically with scalpel, small soft rotating bristle and steel brushes, under magnification.
