"In the interior of a swamp hut In the middle is, as mentioned, the small fireplace of termite mounds, and along the walls are the extremely small sleeping mats. These are made of reeds. (...) On pl. 37: Fig. A are the bast strings, which hold the straws together, interwoven in parallel, equally spaced lines.
