Take steamer for Batavia.Visit Museum there.Go from Batavia by Java China Japan line to Manilla. Visit Beyers collections of Philippine prehistorivza,.Take steamer to Hongkong.Make from Hongkong a side-trip to Hanoi to visit te most interesting collections in the Museum,come back to Hongkong and leave for China.I can go with you through the Malay Peninsula and to Batavia,but must leave you there as I have to stay for a month in that place on official work.But your fame as digcoverer of the ol- dest neolithic civilisation in China will open all Museums to you even on days when they are otherwise closed and moreover Beyer at Ma- AA nilla,Shellshear at Hongkong and Goloubew and Mad.Dre.Colani at Hanoi
