00784 CONDITIONS In accepting the objects described on the face of this receipt the undersigned agrees to the following conditions: 1: Each object shall at all times be given special care to insure it against loss, breakage, or deterioration, and when necessary a suitable case shall be provided for exhibition and protection. Should loss or breakage occur or deterioration be noted, the University Museum is to be informed immediately and in detail. 2. Each object shall at all times bear a proper descriptive label based on information furnished by the lender and including the words, <Lent by the University Museum, Philadelphia.” 3. Each object is subject to recall by the University Museum at any time during the period of'the loan, for scientific study or for exhibition. The object must be returned if it is to be withdrawn from public exhibition and/or if proper protection cannot be provided. 4. All transportation costs for sending and returning an object or collection of objects to the University Museum are to be defrayed by the borrowing institution. 5. Åt the end of the period noted on the face of this receipt, the loan may be extended for a like period under the same conditions, pro- vided it is still evident that the object or collection is of educational value to the borrowing institution. Application for extension must be made in writing and,if granted must be noted on this receipt.
