  • Cast. Short cylindrical shaft with broad collar around upper and lower ends, ridge down shaft butt. U-shaped ridge lies horizontally on sides of shaft. Blade, thick and inclining from shaft, perpendicural to shaft, flares somewhat out into convex cutting edge. Irregular impressions on top of adze.
