  • Rounded base; straight body with conical shoulder; two horizontal handles on shoulder; short, concave neck; wide mouth; thick sloping rim. Hard, buff clay; buff slip. Semi-lustrous dark-red to dark-brown paint; concentric circles on base; bands and lines encircling body and shoulder; on shoulder a frieze of V-pattern (FM 59); handles painted; neck, rim and inside rim painted.
